The Challenge:
An international investor sought to acquire and develop a mid-scale solar park in Eastern Europe but faced multiple challenges involving local licensing, grid access, and project financing.
Our Approach:
Echos coordinated strategic decisions, located the correct project, and performed technical, legal, and financial due diligence by engaging with engineering consultants, ANRE-certified specialists, and European banks. We structured the acquisition through a Romanian SPV and managed the documentation flow across multiple jurisdictions to ensure full compliance.
The Outcome:
The client successfully developed and commissioned a 5.5 MWp solar park, later expanded with battery storage capacity (BESS). The project is now operational and producing consistent annual yields under a stable contractual framework.
The Challenge:
An overseas investor aimed to purchase a prime London property through a corporate structure but required full coordination of legal, tax, and mortgage elements under UK regulations.
Our Approach:
Echos led the end-to-end process, starting with locating and negotiating with the seller. Echos secured significant discounts for the buyer and works included preparing corporate documentation, liaising with law firms, coordinating due diligence, and managing communication with the mortgage broker and bank. We ensured compliance with both HMRC and lender requirements while optimising for long-term ownership and operational simplicity.

Our Approach:
Echos designed a comprehensive relocation plan, combining school placement, guardianship services, accommodation arrangements, and company establishment. Our team coordinated visa applications, school admissions, and local operations, providing continuous on-the-ground support in London.
The Outcome:
The family successfully settled in the UK with both educational and business structures established. Ongoing guardianship and advisory support remain under Echos’ supervision.
The Challenge:
A corporate client with complex international ownership faced repeated compliance delays when attempting to open a UK business account.
Our Approach:
Echoes prepared a comprehensive corporate compliance pack, verifying all documentation in accordance with UK and EU KYC standards. We liaised directly with the bank’s compliance officers, clarified ownership layers, and ensured that the company’s history and structure were transparently documented.
The Outcome:
The account was successfully approved, and operations began smoothly. The client now benefits from a trusted UK banking base for day-to-day business and multi-currency transactions.
The Challenge:
A private client with significant personal and corporate assets required an international private banking relationship but faced obstacles due to complex compliance requirements and multi-jurisdictional ownership.
Our Approach:
Echos acted as a strategic coordinator, introducing the client to a Tier-1 Swiss private bank within our official partnership network. We prepared the complete KYC and compliance dossier, facilitated all communications with the bank’s relationship management team, and ensured that the onboarding process met all regulatory standards.
The Outcome:
The account was successfully opened, and the client’s assets were transferred directly under the bank’s portfolio management services. Echos continues to provide strategic liaison and oversight support, maintaining transparent communication between the client and the bank.
(Note: Echos Consultancy Ltd does not provide regulated investment or
portfolio management services; all investment activities are executed by

The Challenge:
A European technology firm aimed to establish a UK subsidiary to access the British market and financial ecosystem post-Brexit. The client required a clear structure that complied with UK corporate and tax law, while maintaining operational links to its EU headquarters.
Our Approach:
Echos managed the UK company incorporation, coordinated legal and accounting partners, and designed a cross-border compliance framework. We supported the client in opening corporate bank accounts and registering for VAT, while providing strategic guidance on governance and operational procedures.
The Outcome:
The company successfully launched its UK branch with full regulatory compliance and operational readiness within six weeks. The client now benefits from a stable UK presence integrated with its European structure.
The Challenge:
An international organisation needed to strengthen its UK presence and improve stakeholder relations across government, academia, and the private sector.
Our Approach:
Echos developed a communications and engagement plan combining media relations, policy briefings, and event coordination. We aligned messaging with the organisation’s long-term goals and ensured consistent representation in high-level forums.
The Outcome:
The organisation achieved increased media visibility, stronger institutional relationships, and new partnership opportunities across multiple UK sectors.
